Missha Time Revolution Night Repair NEW Science Activator Ampoule*

Today I will be reviewing the updated formula of Missha's Time Revolution Night Repair New Science Activator Ampoule (hence the *new* in its name). This has been quite a popular product since its dawn, especially having been compared to Estée Lauder's Advanced Night Repair, but it claims to perform the same functions at only a fraction of its price! I was given the 7-Day Trial Kit instead of having to purchase the full product, and inside the box it came with several little foil packets (which is great for hygiene).

This lovely product is free of parabens, fragrances, colorants, alcohol, mineral oil, and animal ingredients, which is one step ahead of Estée Lauder (their updated formulation still contains colouring agents Red 4 and Yellow 5). After going through the somewhat long list of ingredients at Missha's website, it was surprising that nothing terrible was tucked within. It had a lot of plant extracts, wow.

This serum although called 'Night Repair', can also be used in the morning, which it will energize, repair, and restore the skin. On top of that, it also provides wrinkle preventions and whitening/brightening effects.

The serum itself has a subtle yellow tint to it, and its consistency is actually quite viscous and light. It absorbs quickly into the skin, and unlike Estée Lauder's Advanced Night Repair, does not leave a sticky feel behind.

I have been using this product for the past week, and can I say it's a god-send? I had very little sleep for several days of the week because I was working on two separate projects. Usually, my skin would be dull and act as the first sign of my sleep deprivation, but this ampoule gave me a very healthy glow, and during the week, not one "you look tired" comment was targeted at me! My dry and semi-sensitive skin had no complaints for this product, so overall a big thumbs up.

Missha's Time Revolution line might be targeted towards a more mature skin, but I think it can also act as more of a 'night rescue' to those who have to pull all-nighters. For those with younger skin, definitely use it sparingly, because you do not want to develop an immunity. I think Missha's Time Revolution Night Repair New Science Activator Ampoule can definitely give Estée Lauder a run for its money. I would definitely recommend this for those who are looking to maintain or improve their skin, give this a try, you might be surprised. (:

What serums are you using currently?
